At Wiley’s Furniture, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery or pickup. To be eligible:

  • The item must be in original condition (unused, unassembled, and free of damage)

  • Must include original packaging (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order number)

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Special/custom orders

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Assembled furniture

  • Mattresses or bedding (unless unopened and unused)

  • Items damaged after delivery

How to Start a Return

Include your name, order number, and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Return Delivery

  • For local returns, we can arrange a pickup for a fee

  • You may also return items to our store location during business hours

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll repair, replace, or offer a refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected

  • Allow 3–7 business days for your refund to appear back on your original payment method

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable

Store Credit Option

Prefer to exchange or shop later? We also offer store credit for eligible returns.
